Medical Engineering Institute Fun Sports Meeting · Gathering in Summer
As 2019 approaches its halfway mark and May comes to a close, with the arrival of early summer, the relocation work of the Medical Engineering Institute has been successfully completed. To strengthen employee communication, enhance feelings and friendships among employees, and boost team cohesion, as well as to promote and publicize the spirit and culture of the Party and fully leverage the exemplary role of Party members, a fun sports meeting was jointly organized by the Party, government, and labor union. The theme was "Combine • Gather • Transform," aligning with the theme of the semi-annual work meeting.
At 2:30 PM on May 31, nearly 120 employees gathered at the Tieshanping Dongfang Shanshui Hotel to participate in this event. The activity was conducted in groups, divided into five game levels and one hidden theme. The winning group of each game level would receive clues about the theme, and the group that guessed the hidden theme first would be the winning team.
Before the event began, Liu Xinchang, the director of the Business Support Department, gave a speech emphasizing the importance of safety during the event and provided information on outdoor activity safety precautions. Following that, the company's vice president, Xiao Jinmai, delivered a speech regarding the significance of the event's theme "Combine • Gather • Transform" for the company. With the unique and exciting presentations of each activity team, the fun sports meeting officially commenced.
The game levels in this event included a two-person balloon relay race, devil kicking shuttlecock, lucky family photo, tearing name tags, etc. All employees showed high enthusiasm and positivity in each game, especially during the tug-of-war segment, where each team united and fought hard, demonstrating teamwork and collective cohesion.
In the final segment of the fun sports meeting, the "Post-90s Team" was the first to guess that the hidden theme of the event was "Stay true to the original aspiration and keep the mission in mind," as proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 19th National Congress, becoming the final winning team of this fun sports meeting.
At the banquet following the fun sports meeting, everyone gathered together to celebrate the birthdays of employees born from February to June, sharing birthday cake in a warm atmosphere, allowing employees to deeply feel the warmth of the Medical Engineering Institute family. Qin Yongmei, the discipline inspection committee member of the company’s Party committee, Fu Xunzhong, the organization committee member, Zhang Daolin, the chairman of the labor union, and Liu Liping, the vice general manager, each took the stage to give speeches, acknowledging and thanking employees for their hard work over the years, and expressing the company's care for employees.
The event concluded successfully amidst the laughter and joy of the employees, and the enthusiasm and passion of this event will be etched in the minds of every employee. They will carry this shared beautiful memory and work together to write the most magnificent chapters of their lives.
