Talent Philosophy
Core concept: Give opportunities to those who want to do things, provide a stage for those who can do things, and grant status and benefits to those who achieve results. Only talent is promoted, and true talent must be utilized.
First is the principle of both virtue and talent. The selection and use of talent are based on comprehensive assessment, adhering to the requirement of both virtue and talent. Those with virtue but no talent are mediocre, and those with talent but no virtue are petty. Both virtue and talent cannot be neglected.
Second is the principle of "effectiveness theory." In talent utilization, we do not look at degrees but at abilities, do not look at diplomas but at levels. Regardless of identity, degree, or age, as long as one performs well, excels compared to others, and achieves outstanding results, we will boldly employ them and assign them important responsibilities. Currently, the average age of technical staff and middle management in the company is around 35 years. Although these individuals are not very old and some do not have high degrees, they possess abilities, enthusiasm, and achievements. Our adherence to the "effectiveness theory" in talent utilization has allowed a large number of individuals with both virtue and talent to stand out and become the backbone of the company's development.
Third is the principle of practice first. "To test jade, it must be burned for three days; to discern talent, one must wait seven years." Over the years, whenever new employees join the company, we arrange for experienced staff to mentor them, allowing them to train and improve in practical work on the front lines, and then select the best through public examinations.
Fourth is the principle of survival of the fittest. In the selection and use of talent, we have shifted from "Bole selecting horses" to "selecting horses in the arena." Whoever performs the best will be reused as talent; otherwise, they can only be eliminated.
Fifth is the principle that "everyone is a talent." In talent utilization, we eliminate standardization and mystification, ensuring suitability based on individual characteristics and abilities. As long as one can exert their maximum intelligence in a suitable position, they are considered a talent in a certain sense. According to this principle, we arrange each employee to relatively suitable positions based on their level, strengths, experiences, and personalities, achieving the optimal use of people and talents, thus promoting the sustainable, rapid, and efficient development of the enterprise.
