To recognize the advanced, set an example, better stimulate employees' work enthusiasm, and promote the corporate culture of "strivers", the company held a simple yet grand "2019 Annual Advanced Recognition Ceremony" on January 13, 2020, to reward the advanced teams and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the company's development in 2019.
This ceremony awarded a total of 5 advanced individual awards: "Fosun Pharma Grassroots Contribution Award", "Best Newcomer Award", "Best Experimental Record Award", "Fastest Submission of Materials Award", and "Best Support Service Award", as well as 2 advanced team awards: "Best On-site Management Award" and "Excellent Team".
At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Xiao Jinmai expressed heartfelt congratulations to the students who received advanced honorary titles on behalf of the company, sincerely thanked all employees working in various positions, pointed out that this year's award settings are more specific and have more R&D characteristics than in previous years. Therefore, he hopes that all employees will learn from the advanced, benchmark against the advanced, and vigorously promote various tasks with full enthusiasm and a rigorous attitude.
