It is a high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in professional research and development of chemical drugs in Southwest China. In 2001, as one of the first restructured scientific research institutes in Chongqing, Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Industry Development Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Chemical Medical Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. jointly established Chongqing Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd.
